Earth and Planetary Sciences

Teaching assistants offer office hours weekly or biweekly and can be reached through the department website. Additionally, paid tutors can be found in the Davis area through ucdavis.uloop.com and other similar tutoring websites. STEM Café

STEM Café is a program hosted by the Women’s Resources and Research Center (WRRC) with the goal of providing a friendly, collaborative, and informal setting for students in STEM classes to work on homework or discuss the subject. STEM Café is open to all students, regardless of gender.

Tuesdays from 4 - 6 p.m. are math night at STEM Café (formerly Math Café). The WRRC provides refreshments, and math graduate students, professors, and upper-division students volunteer their time to answer questions.

Math Club

Math Club is an undergraduate-run club dedicated to advancing mathematics by building a friendly community between people who enjoy math, by hosting guest lecturers, and providing networking opportunities for its members. All are welcome.

Student Academic Success Center 

The SASC offers drop in tutoring for students in STA 13, STA 100, and STA 103. Times vary from quarter to quarter. SASC workshops reinforce concepts learned in lecture with practice problems and examples. These workshops are offered for STA 13 and STA 100. Times and courses offered vary from quarter to quarter.
