An award-winning professor of education at California State University, Sacramento, and Lincoln Professor emerita at Arizona State University,  Caroline S. Turner (B.A. history, ’67 and M.A., psychology, ’70) is the keynote speaker for the UC Davis School of Education’s Graduation Celebration on June 13, 2018. 

Turner, who focuses her work on access, equity, leadership and qualitative approaches to policy research in education earned a bachelor’s degree in history in 1967 and a master’s degree in psychology in 1970, both from UC Davis. She was awarded a doctorate in administration and policy from Stanford University in 1988.
