For Darryl Goss, success is the result of passion and preparation. As chair of the College of Letters & Science Deans’ Advisory Council and a former student-athlete, Goss exemplifies Aggie Pride. Throughout his career, Mr. Goss has held many senior level positions with leading information technology and healthcare corporations, such as IBM, LabCorp and the Sigma-Aldrich Corporation. Goss’ career and service to UC Davis is evidence that a commitment to excellence and a passion for every endeavor is key. Mr. Goss earned a Bachelor of Arts in African American Studies (now African American and African Studies) from UC Davis and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He is currently an Executive Trustee on the UC Davis Foundation Board and chair of its global campaign leadership council. Mr. Goss has also served on the College of Letters & Science Dean’s Advisory Council since 2009 and has been the chair since his appointment in 2013.
