Vice Chair, Dean's Advisory Council
Allison Lisbonne Amadia joined the College of Letters & Science Dean’s Advisory Council with extensive experience as a visionary business leader, aligning business aspirations with legal strategy to ensure the successful execution of business outcomes while maintaining legal compliance. Ms. Amadia currently serves as general counsel, chief compliance officer and senior vice president of human resources for Handle Financial, Inc., a cloud-based financial technology provider operating under industry-leading compliance and security standards based in the Silicon Valley. Prior to working with Handle, Ms. Amadia held positions as the general counsel, secretary and executive vice president for Extreme Networks [EXTR] and as an independent consultant for a firm she founded representing public and private technology companies in an innovative, outsourced general counsel model. Ms. Amadia holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science and government from UC Davis and a Juris Doctorate from the University of Pennsylvania Law School. Ms. Amadia joined the Dean’s Advisory Council in 2017 and became its vice chair in 2018.
